Odd One is built so that the app itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no ads, no tracking, no analytics services, and no servers of our own. The app works entirely without an account.
Game progress, records, and settings (such as language or music on/off) are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the app removes it.
In the settings you can voluntarily enable "Global highscores". Your scores are then submitted to the worldwide leaderboards via Apple Game Center. Apple processes your Game Center nickname and your scores; the controller for this processing is Apple Inc. / Apple Distribution International Ltd. Details: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with future effect using the switch in the settings. Without activation, no submission takes place.
Voluntary support purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store. We never receive payment or account details — Apple only shares anonymized sales figures with us. Apple's privacy policy applies.
The app does not embed any third-party services (no ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no social media plugins) and does not share any data.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since we do not store any personal data about you ourselves, requests regarding Game Center data are generally directed to Apple. You can of course contact us at the email address above at any time.
If the app's functionality changes, this policy will be updated. The current version can always be found at this address.
