Short description (~50 words, for listings and link previews)

Blink Grid is a minimalist reflex game for iPhone. Tiles light up, you tap them before they fade — that is the whole rulebook. One missed tile ends the run. Twelve handcrafted themes, a daily challenge identical for every player worldwide, and a combo that climbs the musical scale with you.

Long description (for articles and the press page)

Blink Grid has one rule, and it is over in a second: a tile lights up, and you tap it before it fades. Miss one and the run is finished. Tap an empty tile and nothing bad happens — it costs your combo, never your life, because a reflex game that punishes twitchiness is just a game that punishes playing it. A run lasts thirty to sixty seconds. Longer, if you are good.

What keeps it from being a stopwatch is the texture on top. Gold tiles pay five times the points. Frost tiles buy a breather when the grid is closing in. An X tile has to be left alone, which is much harder than it sounds once your hands have learned to hit everything that moves. Fast, clean taps build a combo worth up to triple points — and the sound climbs the musical scale as it grows, so a good run audibly rises in pitch and a broken combo drops you back down. You hear yourself getting better before you read it on the scoreboard.

Around the endless mode sits a daily layer: one Daily Challenge per day, seeded identically for every player on earth, with its own leaderboard; a daily streak with growing rewards; and three daily missions. Twelve handcrafted colour themes, from Sakura to Midnight, are earned by playing. Boosts — Shield, Soft Start, Combo Saver — take the edge off a bad start.

Blink Grid runs fully offline, needs no account, and does not track its players: it never asks for the advertising identifier and shows only non-personalised ads. It is free-to-play, with optional gem packs, a starter pack, and a one-off purchase that removes advertising for good — and every item in the game can also simply be played for. Blink Grid is the third game from earls studio, the one-person Munich studio behind the puzzle games Odd One and ECHO, and the first of the three to carry a free-to-play economy.

About earls studio (boilerplate)

earls studio is a one-person game studio from Munich, founded in 2026 by Lucas Hesseldieck. It makes small, calm, carefully finished games. Blink Grid — Presskit (Deutsch)

Copy-paste-fertige Texte.
